This notice explains how the information you provide through the Gyra Platform registration form is used.

Information you share

The form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, trading experience, selected investment goals, and your agreement to be contacted. A registration reference and submission date are recorded with these details.

How your information is used

Your information is used to review your enquiry and contact you about your registration and investment goals. Submitting this form does not open a trading account, create an investment mandate, or commit you to an investment.

Storage and access

The website is hosted on Vercel. Registrations are saved in private Vercel storage for access by the team managing your enquiry. Your registration details are not displayed publicly. Clerk manages account creation, email verification, sign-in credentials and sessions. After you verify your email, your personal account displays the registration associated with that address.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your registration details, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted. Contact GYRA SA through the details provided on gyra.ch, or write to Rue du Prince 9–11, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland. Include your registration reference when available.
